Stephanie has managed teams of up to 25 people and supported client groups as the HR leader of over 10,000 employees. Her HR experience includes Employee Relations, Talent Management, Recruitment, Engagement/Retention, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Performance Management, Culture, Succession Planning and Program Management.
Stephanie’s race to win a seat on the school board in Frisco garnered state wide and national attention in 2022. She is known for being an independent voice on the board.
