FISD needs great candidates who will protect and fight for what is best for all the students and teachers to collaborate in the most effective way to thrive. The students need to be in an environment that invigorates them to learn while the teachers are inspired to do what they love. Stephanie's viewpoints are the same as mine and she would be a fantastic addition to the FISD Board of Trustees!

I am proud to support Stephanie Elad for Frisco ISD Place 3. Like so many other parents around our state and country, Stephanie is no longer being silent about the leftist curriculum and ideology infiltrating our schools. Collin County has a proud reputation of great public education. Stephanie will ensure that our standards remain high, while political rhetoric and partisanship remains out of the classroom.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Stephanie. Stephanie was the role model HR professional who truly stood out for being passionate about employee engagement and retention. She was quick to recognize engagement and retention concerns within the lines of business she supported and was proactive at engaging both employees and business leaders on creative solutions. She always found the right balance of doing what was right for both the company and the employee. She used both data and common sense to drive retention and engagement strategies that are still used today.

I sat next to Stephanie Elad at the Frisco ISD School Board Meeting that was the catalyst for her campaign. She was impressive and fearless. I moved to Frisco for the schools 11 years ago, and I think we need to course correct to provide our kids with the district that they deserve. Stephanie embodies the principles that I find important. I want my kids to go to school and learn academics. I believe that she will represent my family as the FISD Board of Trustees Place 3. Let's rally and support her as much as possible!

I support her because she has shown she has the courage to stand against what she believes to be wrong. We either lack that courage and conviction on the current board, or they simply have no convictions, either of which demands they be fired.

Reach out to Stephanie Elad and learn more about her and her plans, and say no to the same old same old that comes wrapped in different genders, sizes and skin colors and is unanimously endorsed by the establishment after being groomed for the position; if everyone thinks and believes the same, how will our students and teachers benefit and excel? What I admire most about Stephanie is that she has a servant's heart…and that is the characteristic that has been lacking in our elected officials for a VERY long time. Some will say the words that they are there for those that elect them, but very few mean it. You can see Stephanie's passion to serve, and she has the experience to back up her words! She will finally put out teachers, our students and their families first for FISD which sadly hasn't been done in a VERY long time....our own local system has become too political...those currently serving , serve their own agenda. Our public servants have forgotten that they serve those that elect them, not the special interests vying for their attention.
