Stephanie Elad

Stephanie Elad is a Southern California native who moved to Texas 9 years ago, for a job opportunity, but also to provide a better life for her family.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of California, and her Master’s Degree in Speech Communication from San Diego State University. Stephanie served as an adjunct Communication professor at several community colleges and universities in California during her Master’s program and beyond.

Additionally, Stephanie has over 20 years of professional experience in Corporate Human Resources. She has worked for several Fortune 100 companies and is currently employed by a construction firm as the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration. 

Stephanie has managed teams of up to 25 people and supported client groups as the HR leader of over 10,000 employees. Her experience includes Employee Relations, Engagement/Retention, Recruiting, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Program Management, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Performance Management, and Culture.

Stephanie has been involved in the Frisco and Collin County community since moving to Texas. She chaired a Search Committee while a member of Congregation Beth Torah to hire a new Learning Center Director. Other synagogue leadership positions include Membership Chair of Sisterhood (Women’s Group) and Youth Group Co-Chair . Stephanie and her family are currently active members of the Chabad of Frisco. She also volunteers with the North Texas Performing Arts organization.
